Quotations

TaxAdda Solution will provide quotation upon request and these quotation will remain valid for a period of 7 days from the date of quotation, unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

Payment for the service as agreed between TaxAdda Solutions and client will be invoiced to clients in 2 stages which are as follows:-
Stage 1 -50% of agreed amount as advance which has to be paid before the commencement of the work. The work will commence once the payment is received. Also the proposed time frame as agreed for the completion of the work will begin upon reception of payment by TaxAdda Solutions.
Stage 2 – Remaining 50% of the agreed amount on the submission of the work. This payment has to be made within 5 working days from the date of submission.

If TaxAdda Solution is unable to complete the quoted services within the agreed timeframe due to the client’s inability to supply the necessary documentation, information or electronic data etc., then TaxAdda Solution will issue a proportionate invoice for the work completed till date. The client agrees to pay this amount within 5 working days from the invoice date. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, paypal, cheque, direct bank transfer or via our payment gateway integrated on this website. Any additional charges incurred for processing the payment will be borne by the client.

Customer’s failure to pay, as aforementioned terms, shall be considered a sufficient cause for cancellation of service or any other agreed terms. No further notice will be served to client and will deem to be accepted by the client unconditionally.

Cancellation & Refund of Service

If the client wishes to cancel the agreed services then the client must advise TaxAdda Solution in writing for such cancellation request.

TaxAdda Solution will invoice the client for the work completed till date and that invoice should be paid within 5 working days.
In case of cancellation, if the advance payment received from the client exceeds the invoice amount then the TaxAdda Solution will issue a refund for the difference amount (after deducting any charges incurred) within 30 days after confirming cancellation request. TaxAdda Solutions will not be liable for any delays due to processing of payment on the bank part.

NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED AGAINST THE YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION OF GST AND INCOME TAX UPDATES.

Errors & Liability

TaxAdda Solutions will exercise all due care to ensure that service offered and work submitted is free of errors, however will not accept responsibility for data errors provided to TaxAdda Solutions by the client.TaxAdda Solutions will take responsibility for correcting any errors made by TaxAdda Solutions during the course of working for client. Clients must review all work completed by TaxAdda Solutions within one Month from submission and any necessary changes must be brought to our attention immediately. After one month TaxAdda Solutions will not remain liable for any mistakes/omission/correction in the completed work.

Each party’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the value of services rendered. In no event shall either party be liable to the other, whether in contract or in tort or under any other legal or equitable theory (including strict liability) for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or use or for interrupted communications, incurred by either party in connection with this agreement, even if the other party or any other person has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Grievance Addressable

TaxAdda Solutions and Client agree that any dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to or in connection with the interpretation, validity, construction, performance, breach or termination, of this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration, in accordance with the prevailing regulations of Jaipur, Rajasthan ,India courts.
